Red Sand stone work of rwall lining etc. (Veenerwork) 30mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand) including camping jointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 stone dust) with ana dmixture of pigment matching the stone shade. SOR 2022-23 ( Ch18 SNo. 7.23)

Dismantilling single tiled roof, any kind including purlin and batterns and including stacking of dismanteled materials as directed by Engineer- In-Charge with in a distance of 60 meters (20 feet) SOR 2022-23 (Sno. 699)

Class-150 Brick work in 1:4 Cement and Fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work. (DSR/ PWD 6.1)

Proving and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work. (PWD SOR 2022-23 Chapter No-05 Item No. 4.1 spec. No. 4.1.3)

Providing and Fixing Glass Mosaic tiles on finished palin wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm. in all colour, design, fixing in customize design as per direction of Egineer in Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 Kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer- in - Charge. (DSR 2023 S.No 11.53)
