Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness 12 cm, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the voids of coarse aggregate. Watering and compacting to required dansity.

Dismantling of old interlocking tiles pavement including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within lead of 50m as per direction of engineer in charge.

By machenical transport including loading, unloading and stacking of earth (upto 10 km)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen BG-10 using pressure distributor at the of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 4.50 to 5.00 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 508 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @250 gm/sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. The finish surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800–3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of work as direction E/IC.
