Providing and fixing in position true to line and level precast RCC barbed wire fencing posts of size 2130 mm manufactured by Sur Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Asansol or any other similar approved concern with RCC of proportion (1:1.5:3) with stone chips of proper gradation and reinforcement of four nos. 6 mm dia MS. rod with 3.15 mm dia binders electrically welded to bars as detailed in the drawing no. 878/A of Sur Engineering Pvt. Ltd. having cross section 130 mm X 100 mm at bottom to 80 mm X 80 mm at top chamfering, curing etc. complete as per manufacturer\"s specification, drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The posts shall be embedded in foundation concrete upto a depth 610 mm. The size of the cement concrete foundation (1:3:6) with stone aggregate 40 mm and down will be 300 mm X 250 mm at GL uniformly tapered to 250 mm X 200 mm at 610 mm below GL. The contractor must produce manufacturers guarantee certificate at the time of execution of the work and no cement or steel will be issued from department for making of precast posts.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. barbed wire 4 barbs 75 mm spacing to RCC posts or MS angle bend posts on a boundary wall with fixing arrangements already provided with the posts complete. (supplying and fixing of posts is to be paid separately) (payment is to be made on the basis of the length of barbed wire fixed).
