Dismantling of existing rail after removing thenuts & bolt, rail clips, fishplates and other fixtures after loosening nuts using rust remover or by cutting, shifting the existing rails and cutting bolt to ground level, cleaning the surface, straightening & transporting the dismantled rails to Hull Shop, getting them straightened and transportingthe rails as well as all reusable accessories to Civil Store including cost of all materials, labour, plant & machineries, other incidentals, removing debris from site etc., complete.

Fixing the rails in correct alignment and levels (existing top level of rail to be maintained after fixing the new rails)including cost of drilling 18 mm dia holes in RCC beam & MS plate, Mechanical anchoring of 223 mm long M16 bolts of grade 8.8 by anchoring to a depth of 125 mm using mechanical anchor bolt of approved brands fixing the anchor bolt at spacing of 500mm c/c on either side of the rail. MS clamps shall be of size 90x60x30 mm with surface finish to suit the R52 rail and having 18 mm dia bolt holes in each clamps. Clamp should be fixed on MS Plaste of required thickness as per the surface level condition. 2 Nos of MS fishplates shall be provided of size 650mmx75mmx15mm shall be provided at either side of rail joints and fixing each plate to be done using 16 mm dia, 100mm long MS bolts. Cost inclusive of cutting of rail to the desired length if required at Hull Shop/ Maintenance Shop, providing holes in the rails, fixing of fishplates and painting all accessories using two coat of epoxy paint over one coat of epoxy primer. Rate is inclusive of cost of all materials (except rail), accessories like anchor bolts, MS fishplates, MS Clamps, spring washers, necessary packing for rail correction, labour and other incidentals etc. complete.

Levelling the base of crane track having a width of 30cm and the average levelling thickness varies from 5mm to 10mm or more depending on joints/ other areas using high strength epoxy resin grout after thoroughly cleaning the surface free of dust, oil, grease etc. Rate quoted should be inclusive ofhire charges of labour, Epoxy resin based, tools, all other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of gantry crane rail R52 as per specifications including cost of rail, conveyance etc.

Conducting topographic digital survey( Using total station survey) of the crane rails and submitting plotted drawings and compact discfor the same. The work includes taking top levels & span of the rails throughout the length at 5m intervals for rail alignment work
