Refebrication work with existing steel work including cutting, welding & refebrication as per requirement with fixing at site complete as per direction of Engineer In charge

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture Two or more coats glue sizing with spar varnish or an undercoat of flatting varnish

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with intergral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size595x595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85%(minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6& 7), Humidity resistance of100 %, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especiallyfabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including bothsides) Sqm 2609.00i.e. vertical studs of size 48x34x36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size50x32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using12mm dia, 50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dashfastner with 10mm bolt. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed andfinished using recommended jointing calcium sillcated basedcompound and fiber joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre) rolland two coats of primer suitable for panelling as permanufacturer\"s specification as per direcrtion of Enginner-in-Charge all complete.
