| 2 | Design, detail engineering, submission of drawings & calculations, procurement, testing at vendor\"s works, supply including procurement services of all equipment / materials for complete Electrical Heat tracing system as mentioned in tank PDS, Electrical SOW attached elsewhere in the tender; including supply of requiredquantities & rating of weatherproof PDBs & LDPs, all power and control cables from PDBs/LDPs to tracers/RTDs, multi circuit temperature controller, junction boxes, T-connectors, heating tape, tracer,interface equipment with Owner’s DCS system, necessary connectors and all associated materials, earthing materials, mandatory spares, commissioning spares, special tools & tackles and consumables, construction, fabrication, transportation of equipment/ materials from contractor\"s warehouse/store to place of installation, unpacking, surface preparation, installation, testing, mechanical completion, pre- commissioning and commissioning requiredfor completing & establishing a fully functional and operative Electrical Heat Tracing System and associated facilities including any balance field engineering, supply of all erection materials & structural supports/MS frames required (for installation of PDBs, LDPs, Power connectors, T-connectors, junction boxes, heating tape/tracer, necessary fixing arrangement of cables on tank, etc.), laying, connection & termination of all power & control cables from PDB/LDP to tracers/RTDs, testing of multi circuit temperature controller, installation of earthing material and connection to purchaser\"s earthing grid, installation of metallic tags, aluminum fixing tape,cable glands & lugs, all other associated materials, etc. as required for process, testingand commissioning of complete system providing construction and all other activities complete as per scope of work/supplies detailed in various sections of the tenderdocument, drawings, specifications, including civil works such as concrete foundations, excavation, disposal of surplus earth,sand, bricks, aligning, levelling, grouting / welding, bolting, riveting, etc. including all labour and materials as per tenderdocument, approved drawings, specifications of this tenderand direction of Engineer in charge. |
