| 2 | Taking down ceiling fan of sweep 1200/1400mm of any make from any height, carrying out maintenance and safety checking, fixing back in its original position including checking the internal wiring all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i) Defective/unserviceable minor spares / accessories like rubber real, clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, safety pin etc will be measured and paid separately as supply only.However, Cost of labour element required for replacing the spares shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted(ii) Rewinding /overhauling of fans will be measured separately. |
