| 1 | Outsourcing servicesfor operation/maintainanceof 2 MW Solar power system atNew Mil Stn Kapurthalaincluding operation of PV module, Junction box, invertors, Transformers, VCB, SCADA System, pyranometer and metering equipments installed including washing of PV Module per week by providing/ Deploying all required supervisory, as per direction given time to time by Eng-in charge round the clock including sunday/holiday located at New Mil Stn Kapurthala including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.Notes(a) Engineer (Degree in relevent Engineering with 02 years of experience in working in O & M of Solar PV Plants or a relevant Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience of working in O&M of solar PV plants ) will responsible for supervision of plant including comprehensive maintenance of all above equipment installed at 2 MW Solar Plant at New Cantt area by checking/testing of various accesories of solar plant i.e. Inverters, Transformer, VCB, SMBs (String Monitoring Box), Weather Monitoring Station (WMS) , SCADA etc with the help of electrician and helperincluding Sunday and holiday. (01 Nos Engineer in a Shift of 08 Hrs) all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (b) Electrician (ITI Electrical or 02 year experience in relevant field) responsible for plant operation and maintenance around the clock including Sunday and holiday. (02 Nos Electrician in Shifts of 08 Hrs).(c) Helper to assist the Electricianresponsible for PV module water cleaning, grass cutting under solar panels cleaning surrounding area and carry necessary T&P for smoothfunctioning of plant. Operation and maintenance around the clock including Sunday and holiday.(Total 05 Nos Helper inShift of 08 Hrs). |

Since the modules would be used in a high voltage circuit, the high voltage insulation test shall be carried out on each module and a test certificate to that effect needs to be provided. |

(ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate. (x) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and module as per ISO 9000 series. Note: Old unsv PV modules will be deposited in MES store yard. |
| 36 | Servicing of vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV of capacity 150 Amps by taking shut down and disconnecting electrical connections, removing of dust with blower, cleaning of all movable/ in-movable parts, checking all components, close/ trip coil operation, insulators/ studs with megger and replacing unserviceable parts, adjusting the male / female bushings in proper spacing, greasing all parts, tightening nuts and bolts, reconnecting all electrical connections, testing, commissioning of VCB complete all as directed.Note:- The entire servicing inspection shall be carried out by OEM/ his rep/ or qualified service engineer / service agency from reputed firm after approval from Engr-inCharge. The Spares replaced shall be measured and paid seperately.The following tasks shall be carried out within overal quoted rate and contractor shall submit written test report for testing complete:- |
| 37 | (a) Details of servicing of breaker :-(i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth.(iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts.(iv) Check for rust and wear.(v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster contacts.(vi) Visual check for rust and deformation.(vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc.(viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires.(ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing.(x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.(xi) Check close & trip coil. |
