All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrument chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps. The scope of work also comprising of the following: - (A) Aluminium Bus bar chamber rating:300 Amps, TPN, 415V (B) Incoming MCCB rating: 100 Amps, 4P, 10 KA - 01NOTE: (i)Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sq mm & power wiring minimum 4 Sqmm flexible or as per load rating of the feeder pillar box and provision of 300mmx300mmx2mm thick danger notice board on front side of the panel doors. (ii) Complete installation with civil work and making necessary incoming and outgoing connection with proper cable lugs and cable glands is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor. (iii) The final height of the LT panel from the normal ground level shall be 450 mm and necessary civil work included in quoted rate. |

| 39 | M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mmx75mmx25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws for fixing strips to test point including necessary fixing arrangement to fix test point terminal block to test point junction box including dismantling of old terminal block complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 40 | S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground fixed on epoxy based moulded insulator, drilling two Nos holes at each joint, one set of lead washers between strips two sets GI nut, bolt, washers gutties, screws etc as required including dismantling of old strip of any description complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Epoxy base moulded insulator, nut, bolt will be deemed to included in quotaed rate. |

| 43 | M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm burieddirectly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to GI strip 24mmx4mm upto 7.5 metre by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode up to test point/connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etcRCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stoneaggregate), excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion completeall as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including dismantling of old earthingcomplete all as specified and as directed. |
