All furniture items shall be painted/polished only after completing all repairs and renewals etc. The furniture shall be repaired/ renewed, Painted/Polished on site at Officers Married Accommodation after completion of BR/EM Welcome Maintenance works. Work will be executed inside the Barrack Store Yard of GE(NB) Vizag and at various sites as per requirement as directed by Engr-in-Charge without fail. All materials to be incorporated in the work shall conform to the latest IS Specification. Anti-termite and anti-bug treatment shall be done before polishing the wooden furniture. Rate quoted is deemed to be including the same. |
