Diesel Generator Set air cooled silent DG Set fitted with cold starting kit of suitable capacity to give desired output with three phase 2 wire system (three cylinder) bore working at altitude varying from 10,000 feet to 17,000 feet. The engine should have minimum capacity 83 BHP @ 1500 RPM with Alternator of 63 KVA three phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz; 0.8 p.f. along with suitable acoustic enclosure (silent DG set) as per statutory guidelines of Central Pollution Control Board (Latest CPCB norms) and prevalent Govt guidelines. The engine should conform to BS 5514/IS 10002 with push button electric starting with battery 12V : 130 AH, battery terminal with suitable size two copper leads 3 mtr long each with suitable clamps standard coupling with guard including fittings and cable connection complete. The supplies shall be as per specifications & as per details at Appendices ’A’. The diesel generator sets shall be supplied with a warranty of two years. Genr Shed. The basic construction of Genr Shed will be based on a pre-fabricated structure made of MS tubular section columns and MS SHS trusses. The dimension of the shed is 4000 x 2500 x 2100mm. The Schedule of structure is enclosed as per Appx ‘A’ attached. Store list and cost effect shall be as per Appx ‘B’ attached.

The work cosist of supply, installation,testing and commissioning of IoT (Internet of things) based integrated generator monitoring system to provide real- time data and insights into diesel generator set performance. This system shall include various sensors,communication protocol and cloud based platforms to enavle remote monitoring and management of series of diesel geerator sets thereby enhancing efficiency, reducing downtime and optimizing maintenance processes. The management system shall have the technical specificaitons as per PART IV . store list as per appx.
