| 1 | Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and LV Grid integration of ON-Grid type, 50 kWp capacity, solar power plant mounted over existing MS structures/roof-top with following major components:The detailed specifications, quantity and ratings of Solar power plant shall be as per our detailed technical specifications. A) Photovoltaic modules: BIS certified Crystalline-si wafer based DCR TOPCon Solar PV module combination as per BIS/IEC standard as per set rating & design.B.1)- ON-Grid solar string Inverter:Having suitable numbers of MPPT & PCU in line with design of solar power plant.The inverter output shall be three phase 415V AC & suitable for single phase 230 AC 50 Hz. Minimum kVA rating of string inverter shall be as per specific item rating.B.2) - Laptop (for monitoring of live inverter parameters): One laptop with core i7 processor, 1TB storage. B.3) - Communication cable & Converter as per detailed technical specification. C) String Junction Box with fuse, DC SPD and DC disconnector: 1 unitat every two strings, as per inverter design.D) DC String Combiner Boxes. (Quantity as per inverter design requirement & approved drawing). E) Microprocessor based smart Energy Solar generation unidirectional meter of suitable rating Energy meter.F) (ACDB)- Pre-fabricated, IP 55, powder coated MS sheet enclosurewith mounting plate and other accosories having following confuguration. 1. FP, 125A, 415V, ICs 36 kA MCCB microprocessor based release, forover load current (min. 40% setting), Earth fault (min. 20% setting). 2.LED indication. AC SPD Type I+II.G) Cabling work:Supply and laying of DC and AC power cables From solar PV module to ACDB. H) Pressurized water pump (min 2.0 HP) & timer basedmodule sprinkler system & bird guards. |
| 2 | MCCB Enclosure (For Grid Integration ): Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pre-fabricated, IP 42, double door MCCB enclosure for Solar to Grid Integration consisting of following components: 125A,FP MCCBs (Ics ≥ 36 kA) with Microprocessor based trip release for Over Load (40-100%), S/C & Earth fault (min 20%) protection.MCCB enclosure shall be mounted on wall/concealed with suitable anchor fastners and any minor civil work for required for mounting is in the part of the work. |

| 15 | MS Sheet fabrication : Fabrication, Supply and Installation of MS boxes/ DuctsMS sheet/canopy as per the site requirement with complete anti corrosive treatment by Powder coating / Synthetic enameled paint, earthing bolts etc. The enclosure shall be suitable for placing RCBO/RCCB/MCBs/MCCB /Battery etc. as per the requirement. |
| 16 | MS Support and angle fabrication: Fabrication, Supply and Installation of MS support, MS angle, channel etc. of various size with two coats of primer and two coats of synthetic enamal painting. The fabrication includes fabrication of MS supportsas per the site requirement and instruction of the department. Grouting and fixing over EP/minor civil work are included in the item. |
| 17 | G.I. fabrication: Supply & fabrication, cutting, jonting, touchup painting and Installation of galvanized iron structure work using sheet, wire mesh, angles/ channels/ rectangular or square hollow sections/C-clamps/c-lip/etc.of thickness up to 3 mm including base plates of 6 mm thickness, M10 & M20 nut-bolts & achor fasteners, hardware, etc. and fixing of structure on rooftop as per layout and directions of engineer-in-charge. |
