Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in anypositionnot otherwise specifically provided for and dispose of demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4,type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate)in staircases, landing, balconies, chajja and similar suspended work for fixing railing balusters, coping, kerbs coving etc. rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mid steel work as in balcony railings, grills, stairs etc.) of any description not otherwise provided for, all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes 45- 60 mm dia with mechanical core cutter machine to wall /columns/beams/RCC steps up to 30mm-40mm depth and filling the sides of railing with grout material, finished with acrylic distempermatching to the colour of adjacent surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes 25-30 mm dia with mechanical core cutter machine to wall /columns/beams/RCC steps up to 25mm-30mm depth and filling the sides of railing with grout material, finished with acrylic distempermatching to the colour of adjacent surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing, balusters, grills made of hollow tubes, at balcony, stairs and roof of multi-storey buildings including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) with necessary accessories, like bends, decorative cups etc. including fixing the railing with stainless steel bar hold fast, dash fasteners, nut bolts etc. to the waste slab, steps, columns, beams, walls etc. with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (1) Make and grade shall be clearly engraved on every steel sections. (2) Works under Item Nos 1 to 6 shall be carried out in high rise buildings having up to G+12 No. of storeys.
