Dismantling mild steel rolling shutters of any description, including side guides embedded in masonry wall completeall as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium rolling shtter with 1 mm thick aluminium extruded double wall slat of convex corrugation, with 2 mm thick aluminium side guide with and including all fittings and bottom component bar,mild steel bracket with suitable stiffners and mild steel heavy duty shaft with sufficient outer diameter to carry torsional load and springs made up with special spring wire. The gate shall be fitted with mechanical bevel gear box manually operated with cranks and lever arm as recommanded by the manufacturer of the aluminium rolling shutters with suitable aluminium hood cover.(All the aluminium item shall be powder coated of not less than 50micron) including making the rolling shutters functional in all aspectswith suitable locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed .Note:- (i)Approximate maximum size of opening for rolling shutter shall be 3mX4.2m and minimum size of opening shall be 2.8m X 2.2m.(ii)Measurement of rolling shutter will be the measurement of clear opening.(iii) The rate quoted includes making good of distrubed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as directed.
