Bin linen multi purpose as per drg thisFD/E6/MAP/09 but specification having as under:Top / Sides / Shutters / Drawers / bottom / partition shall be made of 16 mm thick plainHDHMR board with 1 mm thick laminate both side (Make-Archidply/Greenply/Century) colour/shade shall be approved byEIC/GE. Telescopic channel(make-Ebco/Hettich/Ozone) shall be provided to each drawer and bottom of drawer shall be made of9 mm thick prelaminated HDHMR board .Std quality magnetic catcher(make-Ebco/Hettich) shall be provided to each shutters.S/S handle shall be provided to shutter / drawer as per samplekept at BSO yard. 12mm thick prelaminated HDHMR board shall be provided on back side .Teak wood legs frame/skirting of size 75mmx30 mm thick shall be made all around the bottomwith 02 Nos stiffner of size 25mmx25mm complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Heavy duty L bihari hudraulic hings std quality (Make-Hettich/Ebco/Ozone)shall be provided to each shutter. Std quality Cam lock connector/dowels fastenning /universal angle/PVC corner shall be used in fabrication body/structure of item.PVC edging 2 mm thickshall be used to exposed surfaces parts exceptsides of drawerand 0.8 mm thick shall be provided onsides of drawer with edge bander machine as directed by Engr-in-Charge .Rest all All wooden surfaces / wood based materials shall be melamine polished with high class finish. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC

Chair dining offrs as per drg thisFD/MAP-II/04 but specification having as under:Timber shall be first class teakwood , seasoned free from knots & cracks with moisture content permissible limit as per IS-281-1973.Seat shall be made out of 75mm thick PU foam 40 density (Make-Sleepwell/Godrej/Komfort) pasted with adhesive on 12mm thick BWR grade plywood covered with fabric/tapestry of cost not less than Rs. 650/-RM. Quality of fabric/tapestry (as per sample kept at BSO Yard). PVC rings shall be screwed to each legs. Fabrication of seat shall be done at BSO Yard. All wooden portion shall be smoothened to apply best quality melamine polish glossy finish (Make-Asian / Burger paints ) with spray machine. Right angle bracket/connecter(Make-Ebco/Hettich) shall be provided to each legs.Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table Bed Side as per drg thisFD/MAP/07 but specification having as under:The overall dimensions as shown on drg. 18mm thick Prelaminated HDHMR board (Make- Century/Greenply/Archidply/action tesa)shall be used for fabrication of body. 12 mm thick prelaminated HDHMR board shall be used for back/bottom of drawer of Table bed side. 75 mm SS handle shall be used in drawer and cabinet. 2x (L Bihari)HydraulicHings SS (Make- Hettich/Ozone/Ebco) shall be provided in cabinet. Telescopic channel (Make- Hettich/Ozone/Ebco) shall be provided in drawer for smooth functioning. 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kynex shall be fixed on edges of top/sides/cabinet door etcand 0.8 mm thick PVC edging shall be used on sides of drawerwith strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine complete rest all as per drg. Hard nylon /PVC shoe 4 nos shall be provided to each table bed side.Table bed side shall be manufactured without pullout trayirrespective of what is shown on drg. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table dressing (Ladies dressing mirror) including stool,as per drg this FD/MAP-II/07 but specification having as under:All wood work shall be first class hard wood, TW . Top/side/drawer/bottom/back shall be made of 16 mm thick plain HDHMR board (make- archidply/Century/Greenply/action tesa ) with 1 mm thick laminate (Make- archidply/Centuryply/Greenply) both side colour /shades shall be approved by EIC/GE. Telescopic channel(make-Ebco/Hettich/Ozone) shall be provided to each drawer and bottom of drawer shall be made of9 mm thick prelaminated HDHMR board .01 Nos Std quality magnetic catcher(make-Ebco/Hettich/Ozone) shall be provided to each shutters. S /S handle shall be provided to drawer / shutter as per sample kept in BSO yard.Heavy duty S/S Piano hinges shall be provide to each shutter .Std quality Cam lock connector/dowels fastenning /universal angle/PVC corner shall be used in fabrication of body/structure of item.PVC edging 2 mm thickshall be used to exposed surfaces parts except sides of drawerand 0.8 mm thick shall be provided on inner sides of drawer with edge bander machine as directed by Engr-in-Charge. PVC beading 2 mm thick shall be provided to alround bottom of dressing.Cushion of stool dreesing shall be 40 density (Make-Sleepwell cool Gel/Komfort ) with tapestry of range not less than Rs. 450/RM. Quality of tapestry as per sample kept in Yard. Heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels( 4 Nos) shall be used at the bottom of stool as shown on drgAll exposed wooden surfaces shall be high glossy melamine polish. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Sofa Set 5 seater as per drg thisFD-281but specification having as under:All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwoodwith permisible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973.Cushion for seat & back shall be 100mm thick PU foam 40 density (Make- Sleepwell / Godrej/Komfort) coverd with good quailty, tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 850/- RM. Tapestry as per sample kept at BSO Yard. PVC shoe shall be proveded to each legs.All wooden portion shall be smoothened to apply best quality melamine polish glossy finish (Make-Asian / Burger paints) with spray machine. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table centre as per drg thisFD/MAP-II/08 but specification having as under:All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwoodwith permisible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Brown colourglass top of12 mm thick duly polishedshall be flushed on top with silicon gel irrespective of what is shown on drgas directed by EIC. Right bracket/ connecter shall be secrewed to the eachlegs as directed by EIC. Hard nylon shoe / buffers shall be provided to each leg.All exposed wooden surfaces shall be high class glossy melamine polish with spray machine . Polish work shall be done at BSO yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table Dining 6 pers as per drg this FD/MAP-II/03 but specification having as under:All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwoodwith permisible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Top 18 mm thickPlain HDHMR board (Make-Archidply/Greenply/century/Action tesa) with 1 mm thick laminate sheet both side and2 mm thick PVC edging alroundwith edge bander machine and colour/shade as approved by EIC/GEcomplete . Hard nylon shoe / buffers shall be provided to each leg. irrespective of what is shown on drg the top shall be fixed on top of the table. All exposed wooden surfaces shall be high glossy melamine polish with spray machine . Polish work shall be done at BSO yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.
