Phase-II WorkProviding one nos Maali(Gardner) once in a week for 08 hours for maintenance of grass/plants including watering to plants/grass etc for a period of two years from completion of Phase-I.Note:(a) The plant/grass shall be kept alive by watering and taking care of plant up to date of completion. If plant dies during period of completion or period of maintenance, contractor has to replace the same and make all arrangements and take care so that plants/grass do not die.(b) The panel recovery of Rs 1000.00 per week shall be levied if the gardner does not attend the site of work once in a week.(c) Attendance register shall be maintained by JE and signed by gardner, JE & Engr-in-Charge.(d) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of all the provisions as catered in PS Cl No 20. No claim what so ever shall be entertained after submission of BOQ on this account.
