M&L for construction, installation and commssioning of water fountain sculpture made of GFRP (Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer) of the following specifications and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(a) Design and planning GFRP book sculpture as per manufacturers instruction and as per users approval including transportation etc. A specimen sketch is enclosed for reference.(b) The dimensions of book sculpture shall be bottom size of 3.0X2.30 m , top size of 0.55X0.45 m and height of book sculpture shall be 2.30 mtr.(c) Painting of sculpture in multi colour using dulo paints.(d) Provision of base foundation of two water bodies (tanks) having dimensions of 4.20mX3.55mX1.20m and 4.20mX3.50mX1.20m. The tank shall be of brickwork including 15mm thick plaster mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, RCC work wherever required for installation of sculpture. (e) Hand made aqua shade ceramic tiles with artistic hand cutting design and fixing with adhesive grout.(f) Ferro cement work in form of stones around the walls of the fountain (4.20mX3.55mX1.20m and 4.20mX3.55mX1.20m).(g) Developing of arboriculture around the fountain as per users approval for area of (h) Necessary earth work in any type of soil / soft/disintegrated rock including RFR and removal.(i) PCC in foundation of water bodies shall be minimum 1:2:4 type B1/B2 based on the thickness as per site.(j) A sketch of water fountain is enclosed for reference only.(k) The quoted rate deemed to include as mentioned above and any missing details in completion of the water fountain.(l) Necessary item like submercible pump, pipes, under water lights, water heads around the fountain shall be measured and paid separately. The excavation required for this shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. Note:(i) The contractor are advised to visit site by making prior appointment with GE who is also the exerting agency of the work. Tenders/ bridders are deemed to none full knowledge of relevent documents,sample,site etc whether they have inspected them or not. (ii) The uploading of bid implies that the bidder has read this notice and the conditions of contract and has made himself aware of the scope and specification of the work to be done and of the conditions and rates at which stores/ tools, plants etc will be inned to him and local conditions and other factors having bearing on the execution of work.
