Tender For Offloading Of Maintenance Of Central Lubrication System (Cls) And Manual Greasing Work Of 14 Nos. Drill Machines Of Khadia Project For A Period Of 01 Year (365Days).
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc 1. Ensure proper functioning of Central Lubrication System (CLS) under contract with reference to operating pressure, lubricant output and functioning of nozzle / distributor / injectors etc. 2. Cleaning, overhauling and replacement of CLS components and accessories under the contract in case of any malfunctioning, damage and leakages. 3. Rectification/replacement of tubes and hoses related to CLS in case of leakages and damages. 4. Keeping records of individual system / equipment parameters of lubrication system as per OEM recommended checklist / format on daily and weekly basis. 5. Ensure working of all sub parts of lubrication system such as grease pressure switch, vent valve assembly and electrical connection etc. pump, injectors, 6. Lubrication of all manual points as per lubrication chart of machine such as rotary gear box, sprocket, bearing, air swivel, cable drum, main motor coupling, propeller shaft, under carriage etc. as per schedule and any other points as and when required. 7. Filling up of grease on as and when required basis. 8. All tools and tackles shall be provided by the AMC holder. 9. Contractor should engage minimum 01 No. Highly Skilled Manpower (Supervisor), 01 No. Skilled Manpower (Fitter), 01 No. Skilled Electrician & 02 Nos. Un-Skilled Manpower per day during the tenure of contract. Other salient features are as follows: a. Grease and other related spares shall be provided departmentally. b. The job is to be allocated for a period of 365 days
