| 12 | Note:1. After opening of the financial bid, the L1 bidder shall submit the Performance Guarantee (PG) within 03 days, which may be extended up to 02 days with late fee.2. The date of start of work shall be the next day from the award of work.3. From the date of start of work, the agency shall procure and arrange all required materials within 03 days. On Failure, the work will be closed under clause-3 with forfeit PG and APG without any notice. 4. The time period for completion of the work shall be 07 days from the date of start of work.5. In case of delay in completion of the work beyond the stipulated time period, a penalty of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) per day shall be levied and deducted from the running/final bill/PG/APG. |
