Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm (3.8 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 25.84kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm - 3.5 mtrs 3kg/mtr = 10.5kg and anchor flats 0.5kg) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 90 cm equilateral triangle . (including cost of angle iron towards cost of drilling holes , nuts , bolts etc.,)

Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category \"A Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate /ABS mulded body and reflective panels withmicro prismatic Iens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with rctro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement makers shall also confirm the lengh, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15 mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3 M equivalent ). The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall bemoulded ofpolycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming ASTM D788 The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq. cm. The slope or retro - reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORTH &H circular and two cylindrical Polymer Shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous groutor epoxy mortor all as per the MORTH Circular No. RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt. 11.06.97
