Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remainging earth locally for road work - by mechanical means - depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M30 grade with a minimum cement content 405 kg / cum including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing , mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction complete in all respect - Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm /kg of approved make

Providing high strength Non shrink free flow micro concrete of CERA/SIKA/ FOSROC/MC Bauchmiel DON/BASF or equivalent make certified and tested by accredited institutions like IIT/SERC/NTH or so (Confirming to ASTM C109 7cm cube for compressive Strength 45-50MPa, physical properties: Tensile strength - 2.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days) over the Epoxy bonding agent applied area columns, slabs, beams etc., upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (measurement has to be taken considering 60mm average thickness of prepared surface). For this treatment precise quantity of water i.e.0.15W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the manufacturers specification with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (note, shuttering and reinforcement wherever required shall be paid separately)

Providing one coat of petro resin based curing compound of CERA / SIKA FOSROC / MC Bauchmie IDON / BASF/ or equivalent make certified and testing by accredited instititions (conforming to ASTM C309-99 & ASTM C15699(A) over the finished surface imediately after de shuttering of concrete surface of final trowelling of plastered surface with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing the top surface of the concrete smooth with power trowelling including floor hardener at the rate of 4kg/sqm and roughening the surface with steel wire brush in straight direction perpendicular to the road as directed by the Engineer in charge . The rate is inclusive of all the machinaries, labour and all taxes etc., complete.

Cutting shrinkage joints 4mm x 15mm at centre of road and transverse joints between 2 to 3 m c/c as directed by Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of all the machineries, labour and all taxes etc., complete.
