Storage water tank capacity shall be clean inside by the high pressure water spray and than by cleaning chemical after opening the back side of tank by electric cutter and replace of all the partition for inbuilt and inter connected compartment with separate flange by 4 mm thickness MS Sheel through double electric welding. Intake cum manual access port of every compartment shall be repair and provide new covering and locking arrangement. P&F of outlet of the tank having 80 mm Dia MS pipe duly provide with the same dal ball type gate valve to regulate the flow of water. On the upper side of the tank Safety railing shall be replaced by new one and testing the complete unit at full load in satisfactory condition. The complete tank shall be given anti corrosive treatment and epoxy coating all over inner side of the tank. Complete outer portion of the tank shall be paint by double coated of blue enamel paint through spray method. |
| 2 | Complete cabin shall be repair and denting job work with removing worn out portion and patching by new MS sheet through gas welding and electric welding. All door and door lock shall be repair by replace or setting Complete making of driver and conductor seat by filling up new 2 Rexene and foam with setting. All channel and bleeding of door shall be replaced. The complete cabin shall be painted by double coat of blue enamel paint through spray method. |
| 3 | Complete rear canopy/platform repaired and patching of size 5*7*3\" (feet) by new MS chattered sheet, angle, U channel. Replace of rear canopy roof by new one and repair of both side pillar having channel of MS sheet with replace of platform worn out portion of power spray engine platform by electric welding along with locking sys of tool box. Complete rear canopy shall be paint by blue enamel paint through spray method |
| 4 | Complete servicing of 909 BS III four cyl, inline, vertical, four stock, water cooled, self ignition, turbo charger, Diesel Engine having BS III Model by cleaning and setting of all required parts like air filter, fuel filter, primer filter, diesel pipe, 01 no\"s, injector leak off line, complete cleaning of radiator assay and oil cooler and replace of air hose pipe |
| 5 | Complete dismantling of turbo charger from the vehicle and repair with replace of turbo charger shaft, brg, impeller balancing on lath machine. Complete turbo charger put on lath machine and balance at idle and full load speed. After assembling the turbo charger fitted in vehicle and check with satisfactory condition of vehicle no DL 1M (8960, 8954 & 8959). |
| 6 | Complete O/H of front and rear suspension sys by opening /dismantling the leaf spring and re-tensioning as per requirement. Replace of U bolt, V clamp, Center bolt, shackle pin with retensioning and refitting the all front and rear suspension sys. |
| 7 | P&F of all the three side safety/ support by electric welding having standard size of material and gauge as per norms. |
| 8 | All the electric sys including replace of worn out wiring parts, tail light assay, sensor assay, relays, fuse box etc and general service of self-starter assy and alternator assay, with replace of required parts. |
| 9 | Complete overhauling of Rotary FI Pump having sensor and relay type & injector assay by replace of nozzle shim, brgs, centrifugal weight, injector pipe, injector leak off line, injector sensor, etc and complete FIP and Injector assay shall be put on calibrating machine for setting of diesel supply at different load along with test of dribbling test, spraying test, droplet test, pressure test as per ECM starting of engine including Laboure charges of vehicle nos. DL 1M (8960, 8954 & 8959). |
| 10 | Complete front and rear brake sys shall be repair by replace of brake liner, hub greasing all the four wheels by replace of seal, grease, check nut and other required parts and adjustment of all the four-wheel brake sys. |
