| 1 | Complete repair of rear Dalla along with floor, three side Dalla, and rear labor cabin shall be denting and remove the worn out portion of Dalla floor and cabin by the gas welding, and patches with MS iron sheet, replace the broken Dalla foundation U bolt and mounting pads,replace of all damage/ broken Dalla hook, chain and locking sys, complete repair of rear cabin labor seat along with filling of foam new Rexene by stitching properly and replace the worn out portion grill and supporting angles of cabin, After completing the denting job of Dalla and cabin the welding portion shall be fill up by putty and finish by the wet type of emery paper, the complete body (Dalla and cabin) shall coat by primer and paint by the green synthetic enamel paint through spraying method. |
| 2 | Complete servicing of 909 BS III four cyl, inline, vertical, four stock, water cooled, self ignition, turbo charger, Diesel Engine having BS III Model by cleaning and setting of all required parts like air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, primer filter, diesel pipe, injector leak off line, complete cleaning of radiator assay and oil cooler and replace of air hose pipe. |
| 3 | Complete cabin shall be major repair by remove the worn out portion and replace by new MS sheet through gas welding and fill up the welding area by putty, the complete cabin shall be coat by primer with anti corrosive treatment. Complete repair & setting of both side 3 door and door glass machine, door glass, door kabja, door lock, all 6 the rubber channel shall be replace by new one and labor cabin window shall be setting and adjusting, the complete cabin shall be paint by green synthetic enamel paint by spraying method. |
| 4 | Complete O/H of front and rear suspension sys by opening dismantling the leaf spring and re tensing as per requirement. 4 Replace of U bolt, V clamp, Center bolt, shackle pin and replace of helper spring parts with re tensioning and refitting the all front and rear suspension sys. |
| 5 | Complete dismantling of turbo charger from the vehicle and repair with replace of turbo charger shaft, brg, impeller balancing on lath machine. Complete turbo charger put on lath machine and balance at idle and full load speed. After assembling the turbo charger fitted in vehicle and check with satisfactory condition of vehicle no DL 1M (8942, 8971, 8966, 9013) |
| 6 | Complete repair and setting of clutch sys by dismantling the defected parts and replace them as per requirement like of clutch booster, and with complete 6 setting of clutch sys including labor charges |
| 7 | P&F of all the three side safety/ support by electric welding having standard size of material and gauge as per norms |
| 8 | Complete replace of hump hose and gear lever assay by setting of all gear Bsys of gear box assy of vehicle no DL 1M (8942, 8971, 8966, 9013) |
| 9 | All the electric sys including replace of worn out wiring parts,, tail light assay, sensor assay, relays, fuse box etc and Gen service of self-starter assay and alternator assay, dashboard light shall be replace and other required parts. |
| 10 | Complete front and rear brake sys shall be repair by replace of brake liner, hub greasing all the four wheels by replace of seal, grease, check nut and 6 other required parts and adjustment of all the four-wheel brake sys. |
| 11 | Complete repairing or replacing of number plate and writing of slogans as per required by the deptt. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing of Red & Yellow tapeetc as required in Meters (30 Meter per vehicle ) |
| 13 | Complete vehicles shall be washing and greasing of all wheels. |
| 14 | Complete radiator cleaning, servicing and repairing. |
| 15 | Supply and replacement engine oil with CH4 Plus oil |

| 21 | Provide the fitness certificate as per RTO receipt for the period 2025-2026with including all charges. (Payment will be paid as per receipt) |
