| 4 | Preparing surfaces of Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as per specification and as directed. |
| 5 | (M&L) 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) with granite trap or basalt (B. G. Metal), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as per specification and as directed. |
| 6 | Supply and Applying evenly a priming coat Over WBM surface and tack coat over bituminous surface with bituminous primer ofPaving bitumen at 1 kg per 1 sq metre all as per specification and as directed. |
| 7 | (M&L) Premix bituminous macadam (Prepared in hot mix plant)used in crushed stone aggregate of specified grading,binder (Bitumen) contentnot less than 4%by weight of total mix, transported to site by tippers,laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory8 to 10 ton power roller, compacted to required gradient and camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less ( Appx. thickness 50 mm) using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed. |
| 8 | (M&L) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete(Prepared in hot mix plant)25 mm consolidated thickness with not less than 5.5 % binder (bitumen)content ,transported to site by tippers,laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory8 to 10 ton power roller, compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface complete using paving bitumen of approved gradeall as per specification and as directed. |
| 9 | (M&L) Premixed stone dust seal coat (Prepared in hot mix plant) with 0.06 cu.m. of crushed stone dust mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm,transported to site by tippers, laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory8 to 10 ton power roller,to a uniform smooth surface using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed. |
| 10 | M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 450mm bore ,class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid across pavement as directed by EIC. |
| 11 | Supply and filling Moorum/red bajri filling in pavement shoulder/berm , laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as directed. |
