| 69 | (i) The contractor shall provide sufficient Nos safaiwala per day to concern sub division at 8:30AM to 17:00 PM daily even on sunday and holidays to attend emergency complaints alongwith requisite T &P required for JOB.No extra payment shall be admissible for working on sunday/holiday.However, one day weekly off shall be given to each worker and suitable releiver arragement shall be made by the contractor.However, no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.(ii) Safaiwala provided under this itemsshall exclusively be deputed on the work for cleaning of blockage as discribed in this item.The person to be deployed for this items shall not be deputed for the work mentioned against ser item No 50 to 54, 57 and 66 to 68.(iii) All complaints given to workers shall be rectified/removed within 24hrs failing which a panel recovery for Rs 150/- per complaints for each 12 hrs shall be imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be effected from the contractor dues(iv)Incase any particular safaiwala found absent, hence less deployed from the requisite number, a panel recovery for rupees 500/- per day ie one day shall be recovered from the contractor dues.(v) In case of mechanical closed container vehicle will be not provided within 12 hrs of complaints and a panel recovery of 1500/- per day will be imoposed on contractor & recovery shall be deducted from upcoming RAR/ contractor dues (for item No 50 to 54) |
