| 1 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Outdoor (IP54) 11kV 630Amps 21KA/3 sec. One side Extensible Ring Main Unit Compact switchgear (outer enclouser made of powder coated 2mm thickness CRCA sheet) consisting of 2 nos. fixed morotized Load break switch module and 5 nos. fixed motorized Vacuum Circuit Breaker Module with additional BUS PT metering module and Copper Busbar in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure (IP67, 2.5mm thick, SS304 grade). THe complete RMU must be type tested for Internal arc 21KA for 1 sec with AFLR Classification for Gas tank & Cable Chamber. HT RMU shall preferably have site replaceable bushings to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works. The Vaccum Interrupter must be of RMU manufacturer\"s own make. Complete RMU shall be in compliance with standard IEC 62271-200 & VCB as per IEC 62271-100.Make of RMU shall : ABB/ SIEMENS/ SCHNEIDER INFRASTRUCTURE [ Channel partner / System Integrator / Authourized Partner/ License partner make RMU shall not be accepted.Note: Cost of grouting RMUs with suitable PCC as per OEM\"s requirement is deemed to beincluded in the quoted rate.The complete RMU shall be consisting of followings: |
| 2 | Microprocessor based IDMT Relay for Circuit Breakers - Self Powered along with series trip coil (Modbus RS485 complaint) for each VCB Module. |
| 3 | Capacitative voltage indication fixed type system with LED for all feeder and FPI in all load break switch feeder. |
| 4 | SF6 Gas pressure indicator on the gas tank. |
| 5 | Operating sequence of VCB must be O-0.3Sec-CO-3 Mins-CO amd suitable for 10000 mechanical operation. |
| 6 | CT shall be minimum 100/1A ,2.5VA , 5P20 - 3 nos. for protection in each VCB module. |
| 7 | CT shall be minimum 100/1A ,2.5VA , Class 0.5 - 3 nos. for metering in each VCB Module. |
| 8 | MFM for measurement of Current, Voltage, Frequency, PF, KWH etc. for each VCB Module. |
| 9 | Master Trip relay for each VCB Module - 1 No. |
| 10 | Right angle boot to be provided in each module. |
| 11 | 2X12V, 26AH Battary with Charger - 1 Set |
| 12 | Bus VT shall be 11KV/Ѵ3 V/110V/Ѵ3 V ,20VA , Class 0.5 - 3 nos. for metering. |
| 13 | Auxiliary VT shall be 11KV/230V, 500VA for AC supply input to Battary Charger. |
| 14 | Dismantling and taking down existing 2 pole structure complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Dismantling and taking down existing 4-pole structure complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Supply lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armouredelectric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core. |

| 23 | M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized steel strip 25x4 mm dia by means bolts, nuts, washers, check nuts made out of galvanized iron and steel earth strip protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm dia connected to earth plate/test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR part-I including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C1earth chamber 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix precastcover with 6mm dia normal reinforcement @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways etc complete all as specified and asdirected. |
