To perform under term contract such as services and execute works on the terms and conditions and MES standard Schedule of rates 2020 Part-II Rates together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard Schedule of ratesORAt such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of \"General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)\" 1989 print together with errata/amendments as applicableNote : (i)Tenderer shall insert the rate at the 15th row and F column of the BOQ Excel sheet(ii)Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) of less (-) available at 15th rowand E column of this BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of rates.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amountreflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out based on percentage quoted by contractor shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contractor offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES Standard schedule of rates. The work order for various works/service shall be placed for amount worked out/priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage quoted by contractor(iv)Contractor special attention is invited to condition \"4(A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)\" and conditions \"56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS) of General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\" The provision of these conditions of \"General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) are strictly to be followed
