M&L for preperation of old concrete surfaces of any description and applying one coats of paint for painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc exceeding 10cm width road marking paint white or golden yellow by using awater based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : ACE of Asian Paint (India) Ltd/ EXCEL of Nerolac Paints / WALMASTA of Berger Paints or equivalent makes as per CA provisions.Notes : 1. Colour shade will be finalized by GE before incorporating in work. 2. Painting to be done in every quarter and measured each time seperately. 3. 25% of the material used in this item should be procured firstly by contractor as on or before starting the work.

Make : ACE of Asian Paint (India) Ltd/ EXCEL of Nerolac Paints / WALMASTA of Berger Paints or equivalent makes as per CA provisions. Cleaning of Bricks /PCC drain/Monsoon Drain of average cross sectional area exc 0.25 sqm and n exc 1 sqm including removing of mud n.exc 10cm in depth, removal ofvegetation growth, bushes of girth n.exc 20cm at siteetc including removal of concertina coil, other obstacles and refixing the same after cleaning the drain and clean with water completed all as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of existing debris in Airfield area (of any description i.e, old concrete blocks,PCC work , broken brick/.stone bats, scattered timber scantling etc) outside MoD land, beyond the lead from MoD boundary included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes: 1. The contractor shall provide all labour, equipment and necessary transportation for daily collection, removal and lawful disposal of all construction debris, waste materials and rubbish, and preventing unsightly accumulation and disposing of all materials outside MoD land. The site shall be left in a clean and safe condition at the end of hauling of load.2. Quantity per load for construction debrisof any desciption is 0.30 Cum.3. Rates for Demolitionfor brick masony/ stone masonry, concrete works etc if required and Dismantling of timber scantling if required included in this rates.
