Tender For Repairing/Welding Of 22 Nos. Cracks Including Boom Chords, Structural Cracks, Superstructure Cracks, Vertical Girders Of 33/72 And 20/90 Draglines Of Khadia Project.
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc for the repairing of cracks in boom, boom foot structure, lacings, A frame ETC.(12 Joints) OF 33/72 and Boom chord, superstructure, vertical girder(06 joints) of 20/90 DRAGLINE and structural cracks of 33/72(04 Joints) Dragline: 1. Fabrication of working platform 2. Cleaning of cracks by removing dust, grease, paints etc. 3. Gauging/cutting to remove cracks. 4. V groove making by means of grinding. 5.Welding of joints by suitable electrode. 6. Performing of DP test after root layer and every 2-3 layers. 7. Stress relieving. 8. NDT of every joints. 9. Providing re-enforcement bars if required.Note: The maximum deployment of manpower for the above job will be as 1. Skilled fitter for 212 nos. manshifts 2. Skilled Welder for 212 nos. manshifts. 3. Semi-Skilled for 460 nos. manshifts and 4. Highly Skilled Supervisor for 88 nos. manshifts.# Work can be done in staggered way by splitting working hours as per availability of dragline.
