Providing & applying ready mixed premium acrylic emultion paint (company Depot tinted) having VOC less than 50 grm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paints of required shade with silicon additives.New Work :- Two or more coated applied @ 1.43 ltrs/10 sqm over and including primary coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltrs /10Sqm. including cleaning existing surface with wire bursh and removing all trees, opening cracks in wall and filling with approved, make crack filler including scaffolding at required height.Agency should cover the area before painting, cleaning the area after final painting, removing debrise out of premises etc. complete all are as per specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge(including scaffolding work i.e. providing, fixing removing)

Providing and applying Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) on ceiling internal side, having VOC content has than 50gm/liter of approved make and colour including scaffolding etc. complete.

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50gm / liters
