Careful removal of roof concrete over the terrace of Mandapa’s of the temple. Including disposing the waste away from the monument, cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Water tightening the terrace by providing brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) (1lime:2 Sand:4 brick aggregate of size 40mm) to an average depth of 30cm with proper camber including ramming, consolidating etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

20mm thick plastering the top with Lime mortar (1:2) including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Applying some white/light stone gray colour to the gopuras after thoroughly scraping the surfaces without damaging plaster in two coats after applying the base coat white coat including cost of material, conveyance of all loading, unloading, transportation and stacking charges, labour charges, GST charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Scaffolding using BSL make double scaffolding set for attending restoration works and removing the same after completion of the work including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Supply, making and fixing of 1st class teak wood panelled doors to the openings of talas in gopuras including supply of the wood, cutting in to required sizes, fixing, making, cost of aldrops, hinges, tower bolts and nuts and other essential materials etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.
