Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification includingpremixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying inuniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on wellprepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desiredcompaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen VG30.

Hiring of JCB for clearing of earth and jungle etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying unscreened gravel boulders to a specified consolidated thickness for sub base course including satcking of the material to the departmental gauge on road side for pre – measurement the volume of stocks calculated as per the actual measurement shall be reduced by 15% for looseness in stacking to arrive at the net quantity. The rate shall including labour charges for spreading and hand packing to the required camber and graded and rolling with Power Roller, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed and the cost of boulders etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
