The reflective raised pavement makers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent).The marker shall withstand a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methacrylate conforming ASTM D788.The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than13.0Sq.cm the slope or retro-reflecting surface shall be 35+5 degree to base.Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than 20mm diameter and not less than values specified in table 1 of said MoRTH circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortor all as per the letter MoRTH circular letter No.223/SE-II dt.10.11.21 |
