| 3 | TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (FD-379)DIMENSION : Over all size shall be 900mm long , 30mm wide and 150mm high at bottom with support of mirror as 1115 mm high.DESCRIPTION : The frame of mirror shall be overall size of 410mm wide and 790mm high fixed at 150mm from top of lower base. The entire box shall be made of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF board except back and bottom which shall be of 12mm thick plywood. The sides of the drawers shall be made 12mm thick commercial ply with bottom of 6 mm ply and front of 12mm thick perlaminated MDF board . The Mirror of 380x760mm shall be provided with its wooden frame made of 25mmx35mm teak wood batterns. The bach shall be of 6mm thick plywood 5.5mm thickmirror distortion free shall be provided on 6mm thick plywood backing 3 mm thick flat Iron key plates of MS. | 7 | SOFA SINGLE CHAIR WITH CUSHION (FD-373)DIMENSION : Overall size of one Seat shall be 670mm long and 745 mm wide abd 530mm high up to arm rest level.DESCRIPTION: The Sofa set single seaters shall consist of one single seats. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP ) Legs of sofa set shall be 70mmx35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be joined by 100mmx35mm section wooden rail in front. and rear lege shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides.100mm thick seat causion and back casusion shall be of size530mm x560mm(One numbers in seat and one numbers in the back). The causion shall be ofcaool foam or any other superior quality foam of 40 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge. | 8 | ALMIRAH MESS UTENSILS (FD-93)All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1065mm long, 455mm wide and 1670mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be 50mm square at top and 40mm square at bottom and shall 1 be 100mm high. 19mmx40mm teak wood stiffeners shall be provided betweenlegs joining legs in short span and long span. Bottom half shall have cupboard covered with 19mm thick pre-laminated particleboard teak veneer on one side. and having two shutters hinged with sides with 50mm long butt hinges. Top of cup- board shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particleboard teak veneer on one side and other side plain. Cupboard shall have two 19mm thick teak wood shelves resting on 19mmx 12mm teak wood bearers fixed on sides equally spaced to make into three compartments. Bottom of cupboard shall have 19mm thick wooden plank. Sides of cupboard shall be made of 19mm thick teak wood planks.Back of Almirah shall be provided with 10mm thick plywood commercial. Top of Almirah Mess Utensils shall be of 19mm thick leak wood plank 200mm wide and 1065mm long. Top shelf shall have teak wood plank with plastic laminated sheet 1.5mm thick. A partition plank of 19mm thick teak wood shall be provided in vertical position405mm from left between bottom of top shelf and top of cupboard. A small shelf of 405mm shall be provided on the left side dividing the portion into equal half and shall have 12mm thick teak wood plank covered with 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet. Front of shelves and front of top of almirah shall be covered with 12mmx40mm teak wood facia upto entire length of shelf and top of almirah. Bottom cupboard shutters shall be provided with two numbers aluminium handles of 100mm long and two ball spring catches as shown on drawing.All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished withtwo coats of melamine polish with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Inside cupboard shall be given two coats of white enamel paint over a coat of primer as directed by GE. |
| 9 | CHAIR WRITING (FD-280)DIMENSION: The overall size shall be 600mm long, 450mm wide and 540mm high.DESCRIPTION :The legs shall be 60mmx30mm in section and 497 mm high and shall be of teak wood.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided at the visible portion of top of legs. Top rails of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 510mm long shall be provided between the legs. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. | 16 | ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL WITH SHELVES(FD-1032)Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves. a steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. PVC sheet of size equal to size of leg baseshall also be fixed under the legs of almirah irrespective of what is shown on drg .All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. A 3 way locking device shall be provided to front door shutter with 10 mm MS round bar.Main door handle shall be 125 mm long steel CP handle and six levers locking device with keys in duplicate for each almirah. | 18 | TABLE BED SIDE MAP (FD/E6/MAP/15 (R))The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted MDF board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on telescopic channales fixed inside the tables shown on drg.The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles .Rest all as per drg. |

| 20 | CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75(M))DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 535mm wide,560mm deep and 900mm high. DESCRIPTION:Seat shall be 455mm high from floor. Conduit pipe used for frame shall be 20mm dia steel tubing having wall thickness 1.6mm Welding of frame where required shall be as directed by GE/BSO and in running welding grinded to give smooth surface. .The wooden seat frame shall be further supported by steel strips measuring 19mm x 3mm at the front and the rear and each strip shall be welded to ERW frame.The seat and back shall be fixed by providing suitable nut bolts and washers..The arms shall be of PPCP material in lieu of wooden and shall be fixed with screws from beneath.The Seat and Back should be made up of cushion foam of density 40 D of Make as approved by GE/Engineer-in-Charge over 12mm ply at bottom with a stiffner of flat iron of size as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.Bottom of legs shall have hard rubber shoes. Sides and back shall be covered with 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Slotted angle 25mmx25mmx3mm shall be provided at front and back as show on drawing. 3mm thick corners of 75mmx75mmshall be fixed at front and back to the top and bottom shelves. Seven shelves including top and bottom shall provided equaliy to make six comppartments . All steel and iron surface shall be steel surfaces as directed by GE. | 22 | CHAIR COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/01)The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The Chrome Pedsatal shall be provided with 05 Nos of Nylon Wheelsfitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant. | 25 | TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL(FD-84)Dimension : Overall Size shall be 1200 X 600X 7500 MM high.Description : Steel frame shall be of 25mm mil steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be provided. Top of legs shall be joinded together with 25mm square mildsteel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm in long and short sides. Two short stiffeners of same size shall be provided at 130mm from botom of legs. One longstiffener shall also be provided to the middle of short stiffeners. Three drwaers of equal size shallbe profided on the right hand side above the stiffner at 130mm highwith overall size of 350mm wide and 430mm high and 410mm deep. | 26 | LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-1029)DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high.DESCRIPTION: The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with sidesockets.Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting .
