| 1 | (a) Cleaning of Floor and Wall tiles of complete swimming pools with dilute acid by using brushesand completely cleaning the ceramic tiles of swimming pool and washing with hose pipes complete , washing and cleaning shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in Charge (b) Cleaning of main pipe line from deep pool to balancing tank with pressure water and flushing out the all deposited and settled impurities, through balance tank and outlet pipe of balancing tank etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge(c) Cleaning of balancing tank walls, bottom and top with soft brushes, taking out the settled impurities at bottom complete, drying and sterilizing the complete tank to make it bacterial growth free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Cleaning of floor wall tiles with the operation of suction sweepers as per standards laid down procedure for cleaning of swimming pools and manual operation of suction sweepers attached with three phase 03 HP motor-pump sets including minor repairs, cleaning twice by the experienced skilled persons. The work shall be carried out all 07 Days in a week incl sunday/holiday and also carrying out maintenance of suction sweepers, pump set like greasing, repalcing gland rope, cleanibng starter contract point etc, for smoth functioning complete and mainting the quality of water in swiming pool all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge |
| 3 | Cleaning the surronding area of swimming pool by cutting of grass, bushes, shrubs, weeds, dead roots etc, and surface dressing of whole area complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 4 | Washing the filtration plant room after cleaning with broom (on daily basis) the complete pump house building including periphery of 04 Nos pressure filter, sluice valves, pipe lines, LT panel etc.to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (a)The work shall be daily supervised by the one experienced supervisor of the contractor as per condition 25 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of contracts). A recovery of Rs.50/- per Shift shall be made from the contractor’s dues, if supervisor fails tosupervise the work on daily basis. |
| 5 | Repair to three Nos trolley mounted suction sweeper comprising of 03 HP electric motors , 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles per second directly coupled to centrifugal pump set of matching capacity 50x50 Suction/Delivery flanged, 1500 RPM, mounted on common foundation by carrying out following replacement of following parts to be measured and paid under respective items:-(a) S&F ball bearings of existing size for electric motor (3 HP) including taking out unserviceable ball bearings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: NBC/SKF |
| 6 | M&L for rewinding of electric motor (3 HP) with super enameled copper conductor of suitable size complete duly varnished, baking, providing with insulation paperetc. including taking out burntwinding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
