| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning step down, 11/.433KVA transformer, copper wound, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, plateform mounted, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, Level-2,LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapings on HT side to vary secondary voltage up to ±7.5% with step ± 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes on LT and bushings on HT side complete in all respects with standard accessories Dyn -11 connection of capacity 315 KVA including taking down of old BER transformer and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Salient features of transformer are as under:-(a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled cooper wound, winding core type, MS radiator cool tank compete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS 335 of 1993. the temperature of oil shall not rise more than 40 degree centigradeand 45 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint as per IS-632. Transformer must have ratings of Energy efficient level-2 and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer and tested as per latest verision of IS codesIS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 with 1,2,3 or latest amendment.(b) The following standard accessories shall also be provided :-(i) Rating and diagram plate(ii)Earthing terminals 2 Nos(iii) Lifting lugs(iv) Thermometer pocket(v)Air release hole with plug (vi) Tap changer with locking provision(vii) Conservator with oil indicator. (viii) C.I. Rollers with locking provision.(ix) Silica Gel breather complete. (x)MS terminal box both on HT and LT site.(xi) Oil temperature indicator with maximum & minimum temperature rise indicator.(xii) Plain breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water and insects.(xiii) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4\" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug,(xiv) Oil filling hole (1-1/4\" Nominal size thread) with cover (for transformers without conservator)(xv)Necessary channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. (xvi) Transformer drawing shall be got approved by Accepting Officer/representative before placing of order. |
