| 6 | Notes for Srl Item No 01 to 5 - (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. Platinum Agreement for M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd and Gold Agreement for M/s OTIS Elevator Co India Ltd, M/s Evaan Elevator Pvt Ltd and M/s Indo Fuji Electric Lifts (P) Ltd.(ii) The contractor shall submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 122 to 124 from respective OEM of existing lifts within 15 days from date of acceptance of tender.If there is a delay from OEM side in providing the MoU, the contractor shall submit evidence to the Accepting Officer and permission to be obtained from Accepting Officer for delay in submission of MoU. |
| 7 | (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the Agreement and invoice will be submitted to GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.(iv) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) The contract includes provision for repair, replacement of machines, motors, door ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push buttons, coils, door operator drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, governor, hoist rope, hoistway door locks and cabin fans indicators and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials and labour are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. |
| 8 | (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoistway door panels, door frames, sills, car floorings, floor covering, light fittings, cabin fans, ARDBattery, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoistway wiring, hydralic jack outer casing, buried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke & fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim are not included in the quoted rate.(vii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(viii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.(ix)Retrieved items will be the property of OEM. |
| 9 | (x)Contractor has to submit the monthly safety security certificate of lifts, OEM monthly service dockets and monthly maintenance check sheets of the current month duly completed to the department by 1st week of the next month.(xi)The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. In case no technician detailed Rs. 500/- per week per lift will be deducted from contractors dues. Technician should always carry service tools during site visit in every week. |
| 10 | (xii) Contractor will obtained the yearly Safety Security Certificate of each lift to be obtained from OEM after duly audited by the OEM audit team and copy of the same to be pasted inside the lift cabin and original copy to be submitted to the department within one month from the commencement of tender. Cost of the same to be included in the quoted rate.(xiii) Details of lifts installed at various locations att as per Appx B.(xiv) Contractor has to submit details of spares consumed during the months in each lift carried out by OEM to the department in 1st week of next month.(xv) Contractor ensure the manpower employed by OEM for lift maintenance has an experience of at least three years in the field of lift maintenance and also submit the requisite experience certificate for the same before commencement of work. |
| 11 | (xi) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. |
