| 1 | Schedule \"A\", Part - ICOMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICALLY OPERATED LIFTS :- Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts suitable for servingpassenger Lift of capacity as stated below (Total -22 Nos) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling devicecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per detail given here-in-after :-Make :-M/s Johnson lift Pvt Ltd Lift Ser No. L-F7271 to L-F7292 installed at Halwara :- (a) 08 persons (544 Kgs), Ground + five floor (total Six landings) = 09 Nos(b) 08 persons (544 Kgs), Ground + four floor (total Five landings) = 02 Nos (c) 13 persons (884 Kgs), Ground + five floor (total Six landings) = 09 Nos(d) 13 persons (884 Kgs), Ground + four floor (total Five landings) = 02 Nos Notes :-(i) Themaintenanceof lift shall be done through M/S Johnson Lift Pvt. Ltd or its Authorized agency. The lifts installed at site are of make Johnson lift Pvt Ltd Lift bearing Ser No L-F7271 to L-F7292.(ii) The contractor shall have to submit MOU as per format given in particular specifications from M/s Johnson lift Pvtand copy of Annual Maint Contract (PLATINUM contract)(with machine Nos of each lift) from OEM(i) within ten days of placing of work order, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled.(iii) The Contractor will conclude AMC (Platinum contract) with OEM and copy of the MOU shall be submitted to GE before commencement of AMC Platinum Contract.No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC Platinum Contract agreement. |
| 2 | (iv) The above maintenance work include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining, adjusting and fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancyby regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governor sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact, governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers etcand replacement of all major/minor defective/spares parts. Cost of replacement of spares/ maintenance items if damaged during AMC period and maintenance items required during AMC period are deemed to be included in the above rates. The spares as specified here-in-after item\" are exclusive of AMC andare provisional and shall be operated on requirement basis as approved by GE. (v) Monthly chargeswill not be paid to the contractor for the buildings which are under anyspecial repairs and/or unoccupied buildings. (vi) The contractor will provide minimum One Mechanic and One Helper fully trained, for emergency break down, to attend and to repair the lift/equipment all as directed by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) The contractor will provide additional One Mechanic from OEM during VVIP/VIP visit on prior intimation from GE in writing. (viii) Maintenance systemshall be carried out for all days including sunday and closed holiday with minimum One Skilled Technician and One Semi Skilled Worker.(ix) The lifts will be handed over to contractor as it is condition and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage. |
| 3 | (x) The cost of all kind of replaced defective parts / spares / control cards / oil / lubricants etc, other than mentioned in Sch A, as and when required to making the lift/elevator fully functional, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. The bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly.(xi) The comprehensive / preventive / periodical maintenance includes weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, yearly inspection/testing as per service manual or as per IS standard. The inspection / test report will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.(xii) All the complaints are required to be rectified within 24 hrs and the rectification report be submitted to Engr-in-charge . In case of any delay of more than 24 hr, prior information will be given in writing to Engr-in-charge giving out geniune reasons for delay. If, any, otherwise a penalty as specified in PS shall be imposed from his dues.(xiii) Thecomplaints which can not be rectified within 24 hrs as certified by GE giving genuine reasons for delay shall be recorded and penalty for such complaints as stated above shall not be imposed.(xiv) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.(xv) The contractor shall display his and his tradesmen’s / employee’smobile / contact number in each lift car & at lift lobby time to time.(xvi) The complete records of replaced spare parts, other than mentioned in item heein in below, will be maintained and will be produced to Engineer-in-charge on weekly basis or as and when asked to produce the same. Each new part of lift must be produced to the Engr-in-Charge before replacement. |
