Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by manual means carefully over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 C.sand: 4stone agg. 20mm nominal size) including curing etc. complete up to plinth level.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C.pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortarin the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of jointsetc. complete, 600mm Dia RCC Pipes.

Brick work with common brunt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with common brunt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Supersturcture above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Provision for flush pointing on the Brick work with 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 1 Fine Sand) including racking, cleaning the joints & exposing the grains of mortar etc. complete.

Fixing the available MS grill of size 1.50 x 1.20 mtr. including minor repairing & fabrication charges etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing with vertical post ISLC 50x50x4mm and MS angle 50x50x5mm horizontal support in top and bottom for adjoining the frame 12mm square bar placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete. (Panel size 1.50 x 1.20 mtr).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work.

Provision for supply of water by water tanker from water source to site work for execution of work approx lead 7km (4500 liter capacity)
