Item No. 06 :- Providing, fabricating & supply of M.S. spiked grill of size 2.00m width by using 19 Nos. 100 mm C/c of 16mm square bars of 1.50m height welded with M.S. ISA 50 × 50 × 6mm angle iron at two sides of vertical and bottom, 2 Nos. M.S. Channel 100 x 50 x 6mm as vertical post and jointing/welding, each M.S. Channel as shown in the drawing including cutting welding grinding diamond cut for fixing square bars for inserting in to 2 Nos. of M.S. flat of size 50 x 6mm at top & middle with necessary fixing arrangement at both sides of grill, with ASI logo in centre of grill painting in two coats over and anticorrosive paint etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 07 :- Labour charges for fixing of readymade M.S. iron spiked grill in proper alignment and level with proper fixtures etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 08 :- Providing and fabricating M.S. channel box of size 100 x 100 x 7mm of 1.50mtr. height above dwarf wall and 0.70mtr. insert in dwarf wall and coping (i.e. total height = 2.20mtr.) with nut bolting/welding to M.S. grill at 2.00mtr. interval including jointing, welding, cutting and painting in two coats over anticorrosive paint etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 09 :- Fixing of readymade M.S. channel box of size 100 x 100 x 7mm of 2.25mtr. height fixing in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 in proper alignment and level with proper fixtures etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 10 :- Providing and fixing readymade M.S. iron spiked grill gate in double leaf by using 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S. angle for frame welded with 50 x 6 mm MS flat 2.00 Nos. horizontally, and inserting the 20 mm Square bar in M.S. Flat every 10 cm. centre to centre, fixed in proper alignment & level with all fixtures and hold fast fixing in two nos. RCC column of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 3.50mtr height & footing of size 1.00 x 1.00 x 0.45 including TMTFE- 500 steel etc. complete as directed. (gate size 5.00 x 2.00 Mtr.in two leaves)
