| 1 | Maintenance and operation of 06 Nos ofSewage Treatment Plants with its connected equipments for 11 Monthsof the following locations , STP running inshifts wise (each shift of 08 Hours) per day by employing qualified or experienced 01 x Skilled Operatorand 01 x Helper/Safaiwala in each shift including maintenance of all electrical & Machenical equipment installed at STP Installationsby maintaining attendance register of staff employed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Details of Maint & Operationas follows :- Note :- Wages for Operator & Helper/Safaiwala will be measured and paid seperately under BOQ Item Nos 02 and 03.(a) Spares parts of STP along with pump & motors will be replaced including re-winding burned out motors and periodical services to plants i.e, enamel painting on Plants, replacement of filtermedias water filters are doneby the contractor in the quoted rate without extra cost.(b)Contractor shall quote his rates for maint of STP installations and provide 11 months lab (chemical) as per site requirements.(c) Contractor will be responsible to keep clean surrounding area of STP installations (d) The following chemicalls will be used for treatment to achieve the result of treated water and consumption record will be maint each installations : -(i)Salicylic Acid (C7H603)(ii) Sodium Hydroxide Flakes (NaOH)(iii) Amonium Ferrious Sulphatic (NH4)2 SO4 FeSO4 6H2O(iv) Magnesium Salphate (MgSo4 7H2O)(v)Sodium Thiosulphatc (Na2 S2O3 5H2O)(vi)Potasium di chromate (K2Cr2O7)(vii) Sodium Iodise (NaI)(viii) H2So4(ix) Banrkem (Ph)(x) Distilled Water as required(e)The treated water samples will be tested on monthly basis from Govt lab or Govt auth laband submittest report.(f) Contractor will produce character certificate issued by Police Station, Education/qualification certificateand Experience Certificate belonging minimum 01 years of the staff employed. (g) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules for each tradesman employed through this job and the original policy documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of trades man(h)All expenditure for necessary T&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, communication, stationery, insurance of tradesmans etc as per specified in this jobare deemed to be included in the quoted rate(j) Allpayments oflabours will be done through Nationalized Banks and produced the bank statement to department before claiming bills (k)PENAL CHARGES :-(i) contractor is failed to maintain/operate STP, they will be liable to pay @1000/- per shift per STP as penaulty.(ii)contractor is failed to submt the water test report from Govt lab or govt auth lab, they will be liable to pay @ Rs 4000/- per month per STPas penaulty.(iii) Not cleaning (General Maint) of area-Rs 2500 per month per STP(iv) Not providing T&P, protective clothing or safety equipment-Rs 4000 per month |

| 11 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of non clogging type pumps capable of handling solids upto 20- 25 mm having CI casing & impeller complete with all accessories, motor of required capacity. Delivery header with isolation valve, level controller (with wiring) to control the level of sump automatically.
