| 2 | Grit/ Copper Slag Blasting on fabricated girder components, Metallizing girder components with aluminium wire as per IRS-B1-2001 including applying one coat of primer of IS:5666 and followed by one coat of Zinc Chromate primer of IS:104 and one coat of Aluminium paints of IS:2339. Thoroughly cleaned and roughened surface area shall be prepared by Sand / Grit/ Copper Slag blasting to a near white metallic surface and the surface preparation shall match to minimum Sa 2½ to IS: 9954. This rate includes Metalizing wiire, All kind of plants, all labours, consumables, machinery, equipment, manpower, scafolding,Jhula,safety items, Tools and Tackles, instruments, metallizing wire, fuel, lubricant, oxygen, LPG, Grit/ Copper Slag for blasting etc. as a complete job with wash/ etch primer, zinc chrome primer and aluminium paint. Copper slag should be a granular shape and free from silica/sand. The quoted rate including GST and other taxes. |
