Repairing of Two Tennis courts at IISER Pune. GST shall be paid extra as per prevelling rate. Bidder shall quote rate excluding GST.

Repairing of Two Tennis courts with Acrylic based water borne ITF approved non-cushion category-2 system. Bidder shall follow the following repair methodology for the repair of courts. 1. Surface Preparation,2. Crack Filling,3. Levelling of Bird baths,4. Two coat of Acrylic resurfacer,5. One coat of ITF approved colour with sand shall be applied6. Second coat of ITF approved colour shall be applied7. ITF approved Two Coats of Game Line Marking paint shall be appliedBidder shall follow the following Application Methodology 1. Surface preparation : Surface preparation shall be done by grinding the surface by machine. Scraping of existing Tennis court surface up to exposing base layer by removing top colour and coating by manual and mechanical scrapping. After scrapping operation entire surface shall be cleaned with pressure jet washing machine minimum pressure of 100 bars. Quoted rate shall be including cleaning of debris and disposal within the campus at approved location.2. Levelling of Birdbaths : All depressions ( Birdbaths) in the courts surface shall be levelled by supply and installation of Acrylic Deep patch binder slurry. Prime area shall be patched with the 50/50 mixture of the Acrylic deep patch and water. Primer shall be brushed into the place and shall be allowed to dry prior to patching work. Patch mix shall be prepared consisting of Acrylic deep patch binder with 50-mesh sand and type-1 of Portland cement mix.3. Crack Filling : All Cracks shall be cleaned primed and filled using the ITF approved Acrylic resurfacer for the cracks less than1/16 inch. For the cracks more than 1/16 inch, Acrylic deep patch court binder slurry should be used to fill cracks and allowed to dry.4. The entire Tennis court surface shall be coated with ITF approved Two layered paint , paint shall be applied in two coats of approved colour with mix of sand. Bidder shall make Two coats of colour with the line marking. Colour shall be applied evenly for the entire surface. Bidder shall get sample color approved from Engineer In-charge before starting the work.5. IISER Pune Logo shall be painted accurately on the Tennis court on the both sides of each court. Bidder shall get prior approval for size and colour scheme from Engineer In-charge before starting the work.Approved makes : Technocourt / Rebound Ace / Laykold Mode of Measurement : Plan Area of repaired tennis court shall be measured for payments. Quoted rate shall be including labour, material, wastage, taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly. GST shall be paid extra over quoted rate.

*Bidder shall provide three-year guarantee for the crackfree surface of the Tennis court on Rs. 500 bond paper. GST shall be paid extra over quoted rate.

* Any defects or snags during this period shall be rectified free of cost. 10% security deposit shall be retained and will be released after 3 years.
