| 8 | Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. |

| 10 | Providing and fixing of 2mm thick PVC flexible European make homogeneous compacted anti-static floor covering of size 2mtrs x 20 mtrs. having total weight 3250 g/m2. It should feature a stylish non-directional design, with a duotone decoration with marbleised tonal highlight chips, incorporated with specially formulated PUR features a high quality, crosslinked polyurethane reinforcement, UV cured to provide a low cost, polish-free maintenance regime for the lifetime of the flooring and its surface should densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance. It should have Type 1 abrasion resistance as per EN ISO 10581 and complies with the EN 685 (34-43), making it suitable for very heavy commercial and heavy- light industrial use. It should also confirm to class Bfl-s1 in flammability test as per EN13501-1. It should have slip resistance of R9 as per EN 13893 Class DS and very low VOC emission. It should pass all the most stringent international VOC emissions tests, including Ag-BB, Floor Score and Indoor Air Comfort Gold from Euro fins. It should demonstrate from independent tests that it inhibits the growth of MRSA on the floor to prevent any kind of infection. It should also achieve a BRE Global Environmental A + Rating and a Green Tag LCA Rate certified with Green Rate level A- Gold Plus. From independently assessed by the BBA (British Board of Agreement), it should be awarded a 10- year product performance assurance in the recommended use areas. The floor finish should terminate at the room perimeter passing over a concealed cove former and continuing up the wall for 100mm. The joints in the flooring should be sealed by using a PVC welding bar of matching colour to be supplied by the manufacturer, using a hot air gun for fusion of welding bar with flooring. The vinyl sheet shall be laid & fixed with water-based adhesive as per manufacturer’s specification and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete. |
| 11 | Supply & Fixing Of MYK Arment Soloplan 25M Self Leveling. The surface to be leveled mustcomply with the principles of building construction and should fulfill the structural requirements. Any crack, pot holes joints etc should be properly sealed and cured. The surface to be treated should be free from all coatings dust and unsound concrete toppings and surface homogeneous mix, the properly mixed compound should be poured on to the surface and leveled by using of squeegees or broad brushes For layers less than or the same as2-3 mm thick, concrete and cement screeds are to be primed with FloArm Uniprime GE / FloArm Uniprimer K, FloArm Soloplan-25 is applied as soon as the primer has dried. contractor to allow the primer coat to completely dry out (approx. 6- 12 hours) as the absorption capacity of the surface is minimized and the flow behavior of FloArm Soloplan-25is maintained. |
