(a)Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM of existing lift (Make of liftM/s OTIS Elevator India Pvt Ltd..) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance insystematicand controlled manner suitable for serving upto Ground + 6 floors (total seven landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(i)Location :- Carriappa Vihar (Block :- P-01 to P-10) (Total 10 Nos Lift)Capacity : 13 passenger lift(Total Qty = 10 Nos lifts)Make:OTIS Elevator India Pvt Ltd.(b)Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM of existing lifts i.e M/sTK ElevatorIndia Pvt Ltd.by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipmentsand carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitablefor serving Ground + 6 floor (total seven landings) with electric power operateddoors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed. Location : Carriappa Vihar = 01 Nos Lifts Make – M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 8 Passengers (c)Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM of existing lift (Make of liftM/sTK Elevator India Pvt Ltd) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance insystematic and controlled manner suitable for serving upto Ground + 8 floors (total nine landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Location :- Mohan Enclave(P-477 to P-482=12Nos)Capacity : 08 & 13 passenger lift . Make: M/sTK Elevator India Pvt Ltd.Note :(i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEMof the respective lifts.(ii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematicallyexamining adjusting fabricating as required forsmooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. Cost of all minorsspares and maintenance items are deemed to be included in the above rates.
