(a)Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM of existing lift (Make of liftM/sTK Elevator India Pvt Ltd) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance insystematic and controlled manner suitable for serving upto Ground +08 floors (total Nine landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Location :- Mohan Enclave(P-483 to P-489=14 Nos)Capacity : 08 & 13 passenger lift . Make: M/sTK Elevator India Pvt Ltd.(b)Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficientoperating condition through MOU with OEM of existing Goods lift (Make of liftM/S Indo Fuji Electric Lifts (P) Ltd. ) by regularly examining, lubricating andadjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance insystematic and controlled manner suitable for serving upto Ground + 01 floors (total Twolandings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(i)Location :- 505 ABW(Total 01 Nos Lift) Capacity :1000 Kg Goods lift .Make :M/S Indo Fuji Electric Lifts (P) Ltd.Note :(i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEMof the respective lifts.(ii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematicallyexamining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. Cost of all minors’spares and maintenance items are deemed to be included in the above rates.
