TERM CONTRACT: Contractor to insert their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR- 2020 (Part-II) Rates. If net schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the bidder shall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.NOTES:- (i)Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix ‘A’ to Notice of Tender. (ii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above) will not increased from the estimated cost of work in NIT.
