Boring of bore holes through all kinds of soil/ rock upto a depth mentioned as under below Ground Level or upto hardstrata (whichever is less), collecting samples and conducting necessary field and laboratory tests. Following parametres shall also form part of Geo-exploration/ Soil Investigation report to be submitted:-(a) RL of the Ground level/ founding level with reference to a BM should invariably be mentioned in the soil investigation report.(b) Physical and chemical properties of soil.(c) SPT N value at every 0.75m intervals and change of strata.(d) Grain size distribution and analysis including soil characteristics.(e) Value of cohesion and angle of internal friction.(f) Depth of expansive soil and its properties.(g) Recommendations for type of foundation.

(h) Recommended SBC based on N value, shear and settlement criteria at three depth 1.5m, 2.0m, and 2.5m and should be worked out for following sizes of footings:-(i) 1.5 x 1.5m(ii)1.5 x 2.5m(iii)2.0 x 2.5m(iv)2.0 x 3.0m (v) 2.5 x3.0m etc.(j) Photographic record of Geo-Exploration as well as testing shall also form part of the report.(k) Recommendation as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose/ uncompacted sandy soil.(l) Swelling index and swelling pressure in respect of Black Cotton soil and its depth / layer.(m) Depth of ground water table (maximum and minimum).(n) Recommendation for filling under floors.(o) Details of soil profile and bore logs.(p) Any other recommendations.Note: (1) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of hiring and mobilisation of drilling equipments, instruments, plant and any other necessary articles/ equipments as per site requirement etc.(2) It is to be noted that if hard rock is encountered at an early depth then bore shall be drilled for a further depth of 600 mm and if hard rock starta continues to exist till such depth then no further boring is required. However, if hard rock starta is not found for a continuous depth of 600 mm, then boring shall be done upto the full depth as specified herein before.

Excavation of Trial pits of size 1.2m X 1.2m X 3.0m (depth) in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

For bearing capacity conduction plate load test (Load Capacity - upto 10 tonne/ Square Meter in a pit by using 300 mm size diameter circular plate.

Submission of four copies of field and laboratory test results alongwith its analysis as per relevant IS code and preparation of Geotechnical Report with appropriate foundation recommendations with NABL Certification (National Accreation ISO: 17025: 2025 Certified report) and with seal and signature of authorised Senior Geotechnical Consultant.

Taking topographical details like existing bullding alignment & offset and location of trees, counting electric pole, septic tank and Taking Spot level and road level @3 meters interval.Preparation of Contour, Establishing TBM Marking on the Permanent structure. Preparation of detailed drawing in AutoCAD with the surveyed data. Supplying 4 Nos. of color drawing in A0 size and 2 Nos of soft copy of drawing with CD.
