To execute the works under Term Contract for Development, Improvement, Aesthetic upgradation of landscaped area along public roads including development of greens strips & misc. plantation in parks and /or upkeep/maintenance of landscaped area/parks and like as directed by the Engineer Incharge in Ward No.1 to 2 of Delhi Cantonment all as per directions of the Engineer Incharge andas specified under scope of work on Page No.20 to 21 in the technical bid and as per CPWD specifications contained in Delhi Schedule Rates, 2025 – (Horticulture and Landscaping) subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer.The work shall be carried out as per work order placed under the contract during entire period of contract and complete all as directed by Engineer Incharge. Note: Tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the CPWD Delhi Schedule Rates, 2025 – (Horticulture and Landscaping) and respectively.The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. Further it shall be deemed that the contractor has read & understood scope of work on Page No.20 to 21 provided in the Technical bid (RFP) & the quoted rates shall be inclusive of adhering to these provisions fully. The amount provisioned under the contract is provisional and the execution of works shall entirely depend upon the requirement of the work generated from time to time during the year. Therefore the amount may vary on the negative side in the event of less or no requirement of work generated during the year. In that event no compensation/ damages on account of deemed profit shall be applicable/payable for whatsoever reason.
