Physical inspection of DG set with its accessories at site, checking of lube oil level, radiator, coolant, fans & fan belts, fuel tank, fuel lines, battery charger, self starter, exhaust pipes, DG control panel, Alternator, Alternator AVR etc. through the service Engineer/ Technician of the authorized service dealer of the OEM for assessing the maintenance and spare parts required to carry out the general servicing and repairing of the DG set. (Supply of materials are not in the scope of this item)

Replacement of the worn out/faulty/damaged spare parts of 200 KVA DG set (Engine Make- Greaves cotton Ltd) by the following new ones through the authorized service dealer of the OEM i/c freight charges etc. complete as required. (Spare and freight charges only)

Charges of servicing of 200 KVA capacity Greaves cotton /Cummins DG sets i/c drain out of old deteriorated lube oil from lube oil sump, pouring of new lube oil, fitting new oil & fuel filters and air filters after dismantling the old filters, drain out old deteriorated coolant and pouring new coolant, fitting of other faulty spare parts such as clamps, primary fuel hand pump, coolant sensor etc after removing the faulty one, trial run of DG set, load testing etc as required. (Thease activities should be carried out through the service Engineer/Technician of the authorized service dealer of the OEM)
